Noodles~

the initial plan was to have a quiet and private christmas celebration over the weekend... without the searing hot weather in penang, and minus the family chaos... and, as usual... our plans never did go through as planned... *rolling my eyes* at the very last minute, we decided to take a drive back to penang after all...

unlike last year, we didnt drive back just to celebrate christmas with the family... this time, we went back for an addition to our growing family, thanks to LK... a cute and barely two-month-old little pup... a mix breed of jack russell and toy poodle, she has most traits from her dad... jaw, teeth, jumping skills, playfulness... and the almost curly, wavy fur from her mom...

before we went back to penang for the adoption, i asked for a photo of her from LK... the moment i caught a glimpse of her in image, i kinda instantly knew we will definitely be adopting her... and i was right... both of us just fell in love with her when we held her in person on christmas day... she was so cuddly, i am still having a hard time not to pick her up to cuddle everytime i see her...

oh ya... and her name is Noodles... it's times like this i finally understood the joy of being greeted by the pup when i opened the house door... and the smile that lights up my face, seeing her enjoy herself when you sit in her playpen to play with her...

and the christmas weekend didnt just stop with Noodles... we came back with a hotel confirmation for our wedding reception too... and that, will be my double celebration on Oct 1st... the wedding and my birthday... while we were discussing with the sales personnel, i thought i saw a sneaky shine in his eyes... i wonder what he's up to... now that we've made a decision of some sorts on our wedding, i shall start the ball rolling on the detailed planning... *wink wink*
