tried to complete my work before my lOoOong 5 days leave and got off work pretty late... and then, dinah showed up online on msn... called her up for dinner and by the time i got home from all the chit chats, it was already 10.30pm... wow~ there went my plan to finish up my chores before our trip back to penang...
quickly packed our bags (just as well both of us had picked out our clothes), sped through the house cleaning, took a bath and all done just as he stepped into the house... sat down in front of the tv for a quick laugh at the Showdown 2010 repeat... oh god! the tick tock song is now a nightmare for me (if you'd watch the episode, you'd know wht i'm saying... otherwise, head on to the 8tv website for a rerun)...
cans of coffee later and we were on our way driving back to penang...

reached penang at 5am... went wet market hunting for awhile, though non of us knew why we did that... found 2 markets and then decided to head back home for a nap... 4 hours later, we were back on our feet headed to his grandpa's house for a "discussion" and brunch... almost expected reaction, his grandpa acted confused and not know what we were asking (on the sub sale of the kl house)... however, his uncle gave us a surprise... he decided to be coorperative... hmmmm... so, crossing my fingers that everything will go on as plan...
his mom started hinting about "the clash of the titans" just as we were getting ready for lunch... i was actually reluctant to go for another round since we just had our share of the movie a week or two ago??? ... guessed his mom sensed that... surprise, surprise! i was conned into watching hours later after lunch... was lazing in his living room... when his mom came in and asked me again for the movie... she dropped hints that he had agreed to it... so i said: "ok lar... as long as he is fine with it"... she then proceed to his dad's office and told him that I wanted to watch the movie again... and then turned to his dad, saying WE wanted to watch it... so she'd just join us... hmmm... all these, cos she wanted us to accompany her... and the very first time i got conned so badly... sigh~
directly after the movie, we rushed back to pick my parents and aunt rosie for dinner... the food was pretty nice... seafood by the beach... and followed by the usual, who was to pay... lol~

he woke up super early, wondering why was he nervous... his reaction was not a surprise... haha! it was our special day, afterall... by 8am, i was already out of the house headed towards the registration department in bandar perda... danny was early that day (must buy lottery!!!)... 3 of his best friends took leave to join and witness out civil marriage along with both our parents and my aunt rosie... allow the photos below to describe the event to you... note: his dad was wearing long trousers, shirt and shoes...

woke up early again for epf office... and as promised, had lunch with aunt rosie before she left for australia...
and another promise for a dinner that night with the ban's... didnt realise how much i missed the jacket potato until i dug into my meal... and we even had desserts, thanks to lil evan... **slurp** haagen daz's rum & raisins with caramel toppings... YUMMY!!!

chai kuey's day, with the yummy duck rice... woohooo... we were stuffing our face the whole day... my goodness... with brunch not digested, we proceeded with early dinner for bak kut teh... lesson learnt: order what you feel like eating -1 person's portion... groan... ohhh, my tummy...

5 days gone by lazing around, munching, eating and barely sleeping... another round of yam rice and off we headed back to kl as a married couple...
with johnson almost done up his bachelor's room, he was heading back to penang when we decided to try and meet up with him halfway for ipoh's chicken rice... we were done stuffing our face silly, yet again, when johnson called saying he just reached... had a quick chat, and off we went back to our home...
