this time around, i was quite tight up with work and ran out of ideas for any fancy planning... roughly a week before the anniversary, i came across a great online deal for a good meal to celebrate his tummy... a place called mayfair... so, i bought the deal and crossed my fingers that i'd be able to get a reservation for sat night... after some persuasion, i managed to pull off with a dinner on sat... really yummy good 3 course meal for two with appetizers in less than 150 bux... oooo hungry thinking about it...
BUT..... before sat, there was fri... it was a laze around the house day... he cooked up a storm for brunch... and then hand delivered flowers for me... nice~ my second occasion for bouquet of flowers since my 21st birthday... the dried flowers are still sitting in the living room, taking up half of our workstation...
then come sat morn, before the dinner... we decided to make it a family outing, with noodles... took our lil brat to the pet fair... got her a grooming session while she stole snacks from the vendor... now, the fun part is that... we got ourselves another pup as our anniversary prezzie for each other...
starbucks, is what we call her... she was found abandoned and rescued to be put up for adoption by Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better... while playing with her at the fair, we found her sneaking away to sip on other's cup of starbucks coffee... she'd refuse to drink her own plain water... hence, the name... and her fur is black, anyway... she's growing steadily with her new adoptive sister... in size and courage to fight back the bullying from noodles...
thinking of both of them, always makes me smile... of course, up until i open the house door to a heap of pee and poop... =.="""
