last week, we went again to the jaya one's adoption drive... just as we reached, wani told us that someone is returning a pup that they adopted in summit... and yup, it was wolfie that they are returning... after a week of having a sense of home security, we couldnt bear to let wolfie go back to the half way home... hence, we took his back to foster... we were hopeful that our babes can babysit him like their own tiny bro...
and then our nightmare struck... wolfie woudnt eat... not on sunday or even monday... that's two whole days, and i was starting to panic... not only that, wolfie was having diarrhea... that definitely kicked up another notch of me panicking... puppy his age and diarrhea is real emergency... and we couldnt even see the vet immediately on mon... the clinic was closed!!!
alex managed to get the vet to see wolfie on tuesday... first diagnosis, wolfie is starving... but he's refusing the food we feed him... two, he intestine is filled with ALL sorts of imaginable parasites... name a worm that you can think of (that lives inside the intestine, of course), and it's in the poor boy... he was given prescription wet food (good news, he chomps it down) and liquid med of anti diarrhea and antibiotic mixture...
for the last one week, all i've been was wake up at 6.30 am, get ready for work, clean wolfie's diarrhea, clean the pen, feed babes and wolfie, go to work, come back home, clean the pen, feed babes and wolfie, clean wolfie's diarrhea, clean noodles' poop, clean wolfie's diarrhea, clean starbucks' poop, clean wolfie's diarrhea, clean starbucks' poop, clean wolfie's diarrhea, bath... and it's already 11.00 pm... and the amount of time i had to wash my hands... gosh!!! even moisturizing hand wash is drying my skin... =(
even with all the trouble that we had to go through with wolfie, it's so hard to stay mad at him... he's got this cute, innocent and sad face...

install a like button... hehehe
ReplyDeletehappy and sad news... wolfie has been taken....
ReplyDeleteGirl, I just remembered since your regular vet is closed on Mondays, how bout going to government vet? It's right behind Hilton PJ hotel.
ReplyDeleteThe vet is a senior man, quite friendly. Occasionally he's got students from UPM to help him out.
now wolfiecate (wolfie-duplicate) is driving me bonkers... instead of spewing out watery poop, he's eating the doggies' poop... yes, doggIES... he's being fed FAT, yet he howls and yells with the slighest sign and smell of food in the house... if you dont see the amount of kibbles we feed him, you'd think we're torturing and starving him... >.<
